Sevmione is the ship between Severus Snape and Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter fandom.

Canon

Like most of the students at Hogwarts, Hermione appears to have found Snape a mysterious, frightening, and strict teacher. No matter the excellence of her work, Snape always rejects it, often telling her that books aren't to be taken as fact. Despite his surliness, Hermione always defends Snape to her friends, reminding them to use his title of Professor and not to insult him. Overall, we never know if Hermione trusted Severus, as there is no evidence to prove or disprove it in the books/movies.

Severus Snape taught Hermione Granger for six years, five as her Potions Professor, and one as her DADA professor. She always excelled in his classes; however, due to her answering his questions whether he asked her or not and being an "insufferable know-it-all", he finds her somewhat annoying. In the movies, he is seen protecting Harry and Ronald from a transformed Remus Lupin, showing that he must care about her safety, or at least the safety of his students. Snape also showed some care for his student, as when someone called Hermione a "mudblood", he demanded that the word not be used.

Through it all, Hermione seems to care for Severus or at least show him empathy. However, their bond strengthened when Hermione discovered that she had deep feelings for her professor.

Philosopher's Stone

Hermione attends Professor Snape's potions class, and when he asks Harry questions. He doesn’t know the answer she raises her hands after a few minutes he tells her to put her hand down and tells Harry the answers himself and takes away points from the Gryffindor house for Harry’s cheek on lack of answering, not paying attention and giving Snape an attitude on telling Hermione knows the answer and shame he didn’t let her answer his questions.

Half-Blood Prince

The opening scene shows furious Snape discovering that he has to marry his own student, Hermione Granger, a Brightest Witch and Gryffindor student. At the same time, Hermione also gets to know but agrees to protect Harry from Voldemort, and they marry later on.

Deathly Hallows - Part 1

The opening scene shows Snape meeting Voldemort and his Death Eaters in Malfoy Manor. He reports that the Order of the Phoenix will move Harry Potter, who is no longer under his mother's protective spell, to a safe location. Then Voldemort asks about his wife, and Snape replies that she is in the same situation as Potter, but only to hide the truth from Voldemort. At the same time, Hermione is heartbroken about his husband's betrayal and pregnant without everyone knowing.

Deathly Hallows - Part 2

The opening scene shows newly Headmaster Snape, watching all the students walking through the courtyard while thinking about her wife, Hermione's whereabouts, and worried about her, but without realizing she is pregnant with his child, and at the same time Trio is far away hunting Voldemort's horxruses while after the Skirmish at Malfoy Manor, Harry and Ron discovered that Hermione is pregnant and they move her to one Orders safehouse later on.
